MEET THE FOUNDER

Elise Eropkin is the Founder of Onyx Tax & Accounting Co., a boutique accounting firm dedicated to helping business owners gain clarity, confidence, and control over their financial future.


With more than 15 years of experience in accounting and finance, Elise has worked with businesses ranging from growing entrepreneurial ventures to complex organizations with sophisticated financial and operational needs. Her expertise includes accounting, bookkeeping, controller-level financial management, financial reporting, tax planning, tax projections, tax preparation, and business advisory services.


Elise holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics with a Minor in Marketing. She is a CTEC Registered Tax Preparer, a QuickBooks Online Level 2 Certified ProAdvisor, holds a Series 65 license (Investment Advisor Representative), and is a licensed Life & Health Insurance Agent. She is also currently pursuing her CPA license after completing additional accounting coursework to meet California's educational requirements.


Elise believes accounting should do more than keep businesses compliant—it should provide the financial insight needed to make confident decisions, improve profitability, and support long-term growth. She is passionate about helping business owners understand the story behind their numbers so they can better manage and grow their businesses.
